Zendaya thanked fans for voting for her and in her acceptance speech said,
"I've been doing this for a long time, and I do it for you guys". "I just want you to know that doing and making positive programming for young people is so important to me, and I will keep doing it. To all the parents out there, thank you for allowing me to be a role model for your children".
Julie Klausner took to twitter to taunt Zendaya about her acceptance speech at being a role model for the kids.
She wrote,
"And thinspo model for your impressionable tweens ", taking a jab at Zendaya's thin frame, Julie continued, "Zendaya's ultimate retort to Giuliana Rancic is starving herself down to the size of her elbowz. You don't have to have an eating disorder to attend the Kids' Choice Awards... but it helps!".
What a cruel thing to say to a teenager.
When Zendaya got wind of Julie's tweet, she wrote,
"Do you find this funny I will write another paragraph to educate you as well#youreallywannabenext?"
Zendaya continued,
"Now... everybody go look in the mirror at their beautiful body, and love that sh*t #thickgirlswinning#skinnygirlswinning#weallwinning".
Classy Zendaya chose not to engage with Julie Klauner and later tweeted about her exciting night.
