Jennifer Lopez flaunts her toned abs in sexy Instagram selfie

She's already in incredible shape, but Jennifer Lopez is determined to be at her fittest before heading out on tour.

The 49-year-old actress and musician looked years younger than her age in a selfie photo posted to her Instagram Saturday highlighting her washboard abs.

JLo gazed intensely in the photo while wearing a simple white sports bra that put her well-muscled arms and chiseled midriff on display.

She added a pair of pink and purple leggings, which were mottled with little dots.

"Getting it in right before rehearsals. Almost tour time. 💜" she  captioned her gym selfie.
