Daphne Guinness for MAC images are here!

 The first images from the new Daphne Guinness collection for MAC cosmetics are here! SCREAM! I have been so excited about this collection! Not to mention that I love Daphne Guinness too! There are a few women on this earth that can pull of couture quite like she does and carry it with such attitude. I salute you sir!

 As promised the collection is mainly pinks and deep purples and that red lipstick has Penny written all over it. I can't wait until this hits the shelves in MAC. There is no UK or Irish release date but there was an American one, the 26th of December, so hopefully we shall see some products hitting the shelves then. It's a shame its not out for Christmas, considering I have just written my Christmas list - which basically reads like this

Guinness talks about her inspirations for the collection : 'The stories and influences of her life: the whispered luxury of an antique Chinese porcelain vase, the way the light illuminates the clouds of her childhood home in Northern Spain. Inspirations range from the blues of Duccio, to the discovery in the 18th century of Prussian blue, to pigeon’s blood and the watery greens reminiscent of a Whistler painting, to how the intricate wings of a butterfly resemble the images of deepest space.'
